The views, pool spa and sauna were great. The foyer area was clean and modern and staff very friendly. The room itself wasn’t very clean, the walls and bathroom and general facilities are in need of some TLC showing signs of wear and tear, which was disappointing considering the price paid.

Easy to get to. Close to shopping centre. Pit of a pain having to go to desk to get let into pool and can’t see why I have to watch kids under 16 when pool is only 1.3 meters deep. Think under 12 would be better.

Great location. However, toilet roll holder in bathroom was NOT EASY to access. There was NO facewasher in bathroom which is a must for females and the remote in bedroom didn’t work. Other than that, the location was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice location and near a shopping center. Room was great and had a nice view. The only downside was the terrible Wi-Fi. It was so slow and unstable near the window that I had to move next to the bathroom to do a video conference call. The poor internet connection was the sole reason I give this rating, as it ruined most of the experience inside the room.

The location was great. It is very expensive for the quality of the hotel. Room was not made up daily and when it is was items were not replaced ( tea / sugar) so had to chase up. People were told they could park in our allocated car park which was also frustrating getting back late to discover this

Had been traveling around and seeing Victoria, when we decided to stay in Docklands. Thinking Sebel would represent a good experience, it wasn't up to par with 3 star establishments we'd stayed at. As example, the shower head just flopped because of lack of maintenance. Maybe our expectation was too high due to reputation of Sebel.

The stay was good except for the check in process as they tried to charge me a second time for the room on arrival. Being that i booked the room weeks ago i couldnt remember if i had paid and almost paid again .it would seem that communication between the booking site and the sebel needs to improve . Aside from this it was a relatively good experience

Our room did not live up to the expectation at all. The only benefit of our stay was that it was close to Marvel Stadium. If we had been staying longer then we would have left. The place was just dank and unclean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was not worth the money at all considering there are much nicer, clean and comfortable hotels close by. I have no idea how this hotel has such a high rating.
