Great location for attending Caulfield Racecourse as it is directly opposite. Very quiet street at night no traffic noise at all. Good amenities fully equipped kitchen with oven, hotplates microwave and dish washer. Also a laundry with washer and dryer.

Very very strict place and on a 24 hour watch. Was threatened with the police within the first 5 minutes of arriving as I was "spotted from the camera surveillance bringing in balloons" from my car to the room (3 little kiddie balloons might I add - nothing extravagant and nothing that suggests I'm going to trash the place with a party). Nice place but very quick to assume the worst of you as guests, which then ruined the comfortably of the booking.

Easy to access the apartment using the lock box. On-site parking a plus as very limited street parking in that area. However apartment wasn’t in great shape, loose handles on cupboards, missing toilet roll holder in one bathroom, grimy kitchen. Windows face a busy street which was noisy all night. Bedrooms very compact, couldn’t fit our babies bassinet beside the bed, she had to stay in the living room.

On site parking was awesome, however the room only came with one parking spot so my partner had to park in the visitors bay instead. The check in was great, loved that there was no reception and you just picked up the keys and dropped them off when you were leaving. The room itself was awesome, it had everything that we needed and felt like we got good value out of the money we spent on the place. Overall really happy with our stay.

A solid option

The apartment was new, clean, and comfortable. The location was good for my needs and only a short drive from the CBD. Access was very straight forward and even though I arrived after hours I had no problem getting keys.
