The apartment was roomy, convenient with easy access and attractive with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet. No traffic noise. However the condition was not that great with tv in bedroom not working and toilet did not flush and water ran continually. Also doona was torn with stuffing hanging out in one corner. Also the room had a musty or burnt leaves smell when you first entered.

Handy hotel in a great location. Could do with a tidy up around the grounds. 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean however showing signs of aging. Could use a refresher!

The apartment was ok. Not special, not awful. Old and worn out. Not very clean - dust on lots of shelves. Overpriced but fairly comfortable. Free parking and pool we’re both great.

It was nice but the carpet needs updating and the queen bed was too soft. Kids liked the double bed. Apartment was clean and orange juice and corn flakes appreciated! We would stay there again.

Cleanliness was very poor. Clumps of hair on the bathroom floor. Stains all on the carpet and sofa. Smell was off putting.

The only thing that concerned me was the fact that the ensuite shower made such a mess and the area around the floor became very wet and slippery could cause a fall

Great for a short stay over Christmas
Stayed for 2 nights over Christmas with my son whilst visiting family in Melbourne. Was close for Uber transport and comfortable for us both. 1 BR apartment large enough to set up inflatable queen bed for my teen son in lounge with big screen TV. King bed in separate room for me. Suitable for couple. Kitchen suitable for cooking though we didn't as we visited family both nights. Pool okay but a bit cold. Victoria so standard. Bathroom with washing machine and dryer, not used but available. Shower only with curtain but far enough out not to cling. Good water pressure. Good block out drapes and a/c. Good secure parking and apartments. Power requires card insert so when I needed to go out and leave my son in I asked for an extra key at reception. They obliged pleasantly. Staff overall very pleasant and welcoming.

Good Location
Stay was good. Needed the extra room as there were four adult staying who all needed their own space. There was a coffee machine in the room which was nice but only two pods which was a bit disappointing and whilst we could have purchased extra it would have been nice that at least one was supplied for each adult who attended. A few maintenance issues such as a door stopper hanging off. But otherwise a good stay and would return. Place is close enough to everything to be a good location for anything and anyone

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Noisy adjacent rooms disturbing at night in the block of units we were in. Room not serviced on Friday resulting in us emptying our own garbage and getting new towels from reception. A regular place to stay when we visit our daughter in Melbourne. Local cafe Mama Bear across the road and only 15 minutes to CBD.
