Everything was great, the only issue we had was the door lock for the balcony was broken and so the door was unlocked while we were there. It was no big deal as we were on the third floor.
Parking was easy, but is accessed through the shopping centre carpark the appartments sit above. We were met at the entrance and guided to the building’s secure car park.
Harry was great in communicating with, and meeting us, on arrival.

The location is excellent with shopping centre just a walking distance. Staff from Astra is friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is spacious and tidy.

Comfortable stay
The apartment is comfortable and clean, next to a local shopping mall. The manager was always contactable, and he was very kind to have upgraded us to the 18th floor which had a view of the local town, the mountain and a beautiful sunrise and sunset. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking and you can do your groceries shopping at the mall below.
However there is no concierge, do bring your own toiletries, tissues and toilet rolls.
Designated parking is provided at the basement.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Situated right above a shopping mall made it so handy to get things we needed. Lots of dining options nearby and so close to public transport.
The pool, gym and outdoor area were great additions and we used them all.
Disappointed in how clean (or not clean) the apartment was. There was a layer of dust on all window frames and there was food wrappings under the couch.
A basic package and kitchen equipment was provided. Extra towels provided would be great as there is nowhere to hang towels to dry and only one towel was given for each guest.
Harry was excellent with communication and met us at the apartment on our arrival to show us around.
