The staff were all outstanding and helped with places to visit and getting around. The room was superb, huge bed and so comfortable and clean. Stunning hotel with real character. "The management is not a professional management. the information flyer was old, outdate, however they were still placed there. communication is not clear. cleaning service put the vacuum handle next to drink water fountain. not qualify in 4 stars. "

"Clean, bright, smelled fresh, windows could open, neat bicycle theme, great shower and bed, nice big desk, in-room coffee, downstairs was wonderful food, bar and gym with sauna on site, crowded free parking lot, next to park for walking, front desk staff was sufficient and courteous, free wifi worked fine, dining and lobby decorated for yuletide season. I will return and bring cycling friends!"
