"This hotel is set up like a bed and breakfast, and is in a beautiful historic building that is in a walkable location. There are no staff on site except at breakfast, so communication is restricted to the Expedia message center or the phone number provided by the location inside the front door. "A lovely, quirky place to stay! Really convenient for Ghent centre, with parking and EV charging. We were in the Captain’s cabin which was great for the three of us. Breakfast was very nice too. Only improvement would have been the shower room. The drain couldn’t keep up with the shower which meant you had to paddle about for a good while after anyone had a shower (the toilet was in there too!). "Nous avons apprécié le design de l’hôtel ainsi que son emplacement (à distance de marche de la station de train et à distance de marche du centre, quartier tranquille). Par contre, la propreté n’était pas parfaite, nous y avons retrouvé quelques amas de poussière. Il n’y avait pas de débarbouillette pour le visage et le shampoing et le savon dans la douche semblaient avoir été laissés par des clients précédents (produits de pharmacie bas de gamme)? Aussi nous voyagions avec nos jeunes enfants...

"This place is an absolute jewel! We stayed here for 4 nights and it was our base to travel around. We had 2 larger rooms that were connected and it was well worth it! Luxurious rooms, impeccably clean and beautifully appointed! The location is central to everything and Sofi our hostess was crème de la crème!
