"Stayed for a couple nights, booked a King bedroom. Clean, modern room but a bit small with an unusual bathroom layout. No mirror in front of sink, so had to use the portable vanity mirror to see while brushing or flossing. The front desk was all very helpful and friendly. Located across a park, just outside Melbourne CBD, so it felt spacious leaving the hotel. Also very close to trams and transit, though we didn’t use because we mostly walked to everything."

"Bathroom facility is rather dangerous. Lack of safety bar from bathtub. Soap dispenser installed too high up. Lack of 'non-slip ' patches in the bathtub. "

"The hotel is in a great location for going to any of the theatres. All within a short walk. The corner room was nice having a double aspect but unfortunately being on level 1 meant we could hear every street noise including the city sweepers at 5:30am. We also could not work out how to lower the heating in the room. It was too hot to sleep."

"Absolutely horrible customer service after hours. There was not one to help us check in. We had to call into the intercoms and the person on the line was rude, hostile. Even yelled at us for no being there in their self proclaim customer service hours. Also the advertise mislead us to believe breakfast was included which is not at least you want to spend 20 dollars for some por tarts and granola bars. This hotel does not meet best Western business core."

"Clean room, new property. We stayed for 6 nights and house keeping was great. Parking is $30/night in their garage so factor that in. Street parking is available sometimes on weekdays but impossible to find on weekends."

"The hotel is in a good location, and the staff are mostly friendly. The room condition is clean and in reasonable condition. There are only two issues: 1) As I checked in at midnight, the staff on the evening shift told me the hotel doesn't provide slippers, even though I told her my colleague had just got a pair when she checked in in the afternoon. It is a bit inconvenience on the first night of stay until I finally got one from the staff in the day shift. 2) The water pressure of the shower...

"In room ac/heater worked well. The staff was amazing. From a North American perspective, amenities (water pressure wasn't great) and conditions weren't 100%, but I would stay here again 100%."

"Staff was friendly, inside the hotel was clean and room was clean and roomy. Its a beautiful hotel apartelle, just hope they clean outside the hotel too. The window glass i think need to be clean on daily basis. The entrance of hotel need to be polished or clean ( the glass door)to attract more guests. Other than that 100 percent recommend. Hotel is close to everything."
