"Nice property and great location. However, the customer service could use improvement. I was not impressed with the service at the reception desk, as the staff seemed unhelpful and lacked the level of hospitality I expected. While the property itself was enjoyable, a more welcoming and attentive front desk experience would have made my stay much better."
