- Mediocre service
- Uncomfortable and old beds
- Noisy, you can not move a centimeter without creating quirky noises
- We got a room without toilet even it was booked

"overall its a great resort, but nothing like the Robinson clubs we have experienced in in other counries. Staff often tried, but were a bit unprofessional/not well trained and not very kind especially at the buffett. Simple things like a bottle of water at the kids table seemed too much. Plastic silver wear for kids were almost all broken. Dinner times fpr adults are with 19:30 just extremely late. When you are with kids you are pretty much forced to eat the kids dinner time eating nudels,...
