"Selv om at The Reset slår sig op på kurophold m.v, så er det også velegnet til en almindelig slotsferie. Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte. Den værelsesfløj vi boede i var færdigrenoveret, og værelset var meget stort og velindrettet med sans for de små detaljer. Til værelset var der en terrasse med udsigt over søen. "Also ich versuche das mal wie folgt zu formulieren : Ich habe mir an der hochstehenden Teppichniederhaltskunststoff irgendwas einen Zeh angerissen, sieht so etwas keiner ? Das feuchte Handtuch von gestern wurde mir genauso feucht, ordentlich zusammengelegt auf der Toilette präsentiert. Der Klopapierrollrenhalter ist lose, es gibt Schwarzschimmel hinter der Tür und keine Heizung im Bad, woraus dieser wohl bedingt ist. "Wir wurden sehr gut empfangen.Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sehr sauber.Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut.Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen und es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort."

"We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was as romantic as we wished for to our anniversary celebration. It is nice and quiete. Nice rooms, very good breakfast buffet, and super good restaurant. Nice service, and i was positiv surprised about the observant and smiling staff that always had a nice word to you . We can highly reccomend the hotel."

They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to...

"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key.
