This has been terrible experience and I actually left hotel soon after check in. First they did not find my booking and it took them long time to find room. When I went into room, it was all dirty and uncleaned. There were 14 empty water bottles, all trash , soap used, no towel, shower broken, no soap. One bed was used. I went to reception but there was no one and when I called no one took phone . I also informed Expedia and they also could not reach hotel. I left hotel on 28th in evening .
