"As usual, the staff were friendly and helpful. The shower tended to spray randomly at the hose to gooseneck connection. When this was told to the desk, it was immediately addressed. New hose, new seals, no spray! That is why I return to the Hampton multiple times every year: good people."

"We stayed on the 2nd floor and there was NO ac in the hallway. Along with we were not able to adjust the thermostat in our room below 72 degrees to try to cool the room down the room because of the heat in the hallway. We had a room thermometer with us and it said the room was actually 78 degrees! Our baby was so hot while sleeping with no blankets and sweating in the bed all 3 nights. Luckily we had a fan we were able to keep on him to prevent him overheating but a working thermostat would’ve...
