"We arrived and went right to the balcony and enjoyed the ocean and pool view, wonderful, woke up and the pool was draining and within a few hours they were jackhammering the pool inside. We were there for only one more night so I was unable to use the pool or the balcony due to the noise. It was a beautiful warm sunny day and no pool. Very disappointed. "We actually absolutely loved our stay here we weren’t comfortable with our original room and they booked us for a different room which was absolutely breathtaking without any additional fees so accommodating so quickly Dan was awesome and I just absolutely loved it and can’t wait for my next stay there thank you again so much for everything"

"The room was subpar, paint peeling off the walls, the beds slept horrible, you literally feel the springs in the mattress. I was awaken at 8am on a Saturday morning to banging, sounds like hammering… I went to the front desk at 1:30 when it hadnt stopped and was told there is nothing they can do about the noise because owners arw allowed to work and do what they want in the units anytime 7am-10pm.
