"So they didn’t clean my room. They promised me the pool would be open and of course it wasn’t. The front desk guy Alex was drunk and disappeared for hours in the back to drink and his shirt was sopping wet. Overall a terrible experience"

"It was very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast good and the pool was open. Great value for the cost. Very close to the ocean also."

"One of the elevators had to be repaired during our visit. Ice machine on the 2nd floor barely worked. Toilet paper holder in our room was about to fall off. The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. Most of the staff personnel were pleasant."

"The hotel could definitely use some updates. I believe the pet-friendly rooms may have fleas because of the carpet. The rooms also had a bad odor, likely due to being pet-friendly and the carpeting. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price, but I don’t think I would return."

"We loved that they had a DJ down by the outdoor pool and that they had activities for the kids with the DJ. We liked the outdoor bars that you could charge to your room. Everyone was very hospitable. We will definitely be back."

"Had to get a smoking room that's all was left big burn holes in blankets, commode ran constantly , breakfast only oats toast. But beds were comfortable.."

"I liked the breakfast and the ocean front room the best. What i didn't like or lest was the parking, even through we got a good space each time we went out and came in. The staff was very friendly and polite also helpful. Whether we needed towels or directions. Thank you Best Western for an awesome vacation get away. I will be back!"

"Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely be back. The staff were very nice and helpful as well! Just a few small notes, the washer/dryer was out of order in our condo which would have been nice to know prior to staying. Thankfully we only stayed 2 nights but for a longer stay, it would be helpful to know in advance. Also, the stove light was on saying “service unit.” This isn’t really good either for those staying longer because I wouldn’t trust using it."

"The rooms were clean but they smelled old. It wasn’t a welcome clean if that makes sense. The floors weren’t vacuumed and the ac unit looked very old. I felt there was mold in the room but couldn’t find it because it was probably under the carpet. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would probably stay again but they would have to get new carpet and ac units."

"This is our second time at Ocean Creek. The first time was in the North Tower, and everything was amazing. This time we had a smaller budget and stayed in one of the villas. The room was nice enough, but all of the outlets except one were extremely hard to access, making charging devices hard and one of the outlets in the kitchen did not work. The insulation is rather poor, I could clearly hear someone in a neighboring room snoring, and we could hear every step our upstairs neighbor took, late...

"Loved the resort- highly recommend a check-in a better overview of all amenities available. Would’ve appreciated booking the spa we booked online through Expedia so we did not know this was an option. We absolutely loved the restaurant waiter but it was unfortunate He was the only one staffed for the restaurant and the bar. He made the experience very memorable and had the best hospitality. The food was great, but I think you would have a better turnout if there was more staff support."

"I like this location as I’ve stayed here before. Bathrooms were pretty nasty with trash and hair everywhere. Not sure they mopped or cleaned the toilets before we checked in. There was also hair in the fridge? No dish soap or paper towels which was a little disappointing considering it has a full kitchen with dishwasher. Rooms could definitely use some new carpet as they were gross with stains everywhere. Living room chair was cut with big hole. Beds were fairly comfortable. Nice view of...

"The resort itself is beautiful. If you’re going to charge $1600 for a condo, I would think it would be a lot cleaner. We found dirty panties right next to the bed, the refrigerator had old food all over it, pots and pans were dirty, no extra towels, no pillows for the pull out couch; just wished the room was a little cleaner. Besides that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with what they could offer. Bar good drinks , nice prices and the entertainment by the pool was fun."
