"One of the worst experience. How on earth they only provide two bottles of water for my entire 4 nights stay? The woman in the reception was rude and I feel she’s being racist. The Asian woman was polite but another woman in white shirt are so rude. The old man was good manner. I still cannot accept a hotel policy as she claimed only provide two bottles of water during first day of checked in !! Bizarre. My remaining of 7 nights I moved to Westin Hotel Times Square. Perfect place for me."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. Besides that the rooms were...

"I had a fantastic time up there, it was well center and pretty close to everything around the area, a great bargain for your buck especially around that area when most hotel were going for $500 a night, close to the memorial site for 9/11, the bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious, clean and smelled good, the gym was well equipped and functioning, the coffee machine in the lobby was amazing, and the views outside the one40 restaurant were incredible, the staffs were friendly and...

"I loved my stay here! Location is great, staff was friendly, and the lobby immediately smelled fresh and clean when we walked in. The room was small but that’s to be expected in NYC. The bed was super comfortable, and I could barely feel my partner moving around. The steamer for clothes was a lovely touch. It was also pretty quiet—even the street noise from our fourth floor room was manageable with earplugs and a white noise machine. The breakfast was also surprisingly good. Basic hotel fare but...
