"For the most part the staff were great, the night manager needs some grace and kindness when a guest has concerns. The front desk staff amazing the restaurant staff 10 stars amazing. The hotel controls the heat and doesn’t turn it on until after 9pm. Our room needs improvement. Room 417 they have not cleaned the room properly for some time. "This bed and breakfast does the job- a good nights sleep and a hearty breakfast. It is showing its age but there is evidence of renovation and a strong smell of recent paint. So to the owners credit they are investing in updates and care about their customers. I was travelling so only needed a good nights sleep. I did walk to a nearby Indian and had no concerns about my safety. I would use again on my travels as it is value for money and updating."

"Great pre-arrival service with emails sharing possible local sites and places to eat. Then, such a warm welcome on arrival. Great room and we had wonderful views down into Perth. Perth was within easy walking distance. The lounge with the wood burning fire in the evening was cozy and a great environment to enjoy a wee dram. Great breakfast."
