Also they don't have a small store to purchas sundries and lastly, their really isn't a Conceige... so no brochures or help. "I liked everything about the hotel but I did not like that I had to pay for parking after I had already paid for the hotel. I knew nothing about it until that night or I would have chosen another hotel. That entire process was an ordeal having to scan the QR code and then fill out the information. The person at the counter was not helpful either. My internet did not work but I was also going g to have to pay for that as well. I feel this is very misleading. Just be honest with your customers...
