It was terrible because when we arrived they told us they were full, even though that we reserved the hotel couple days before they said they that they don’t even use Expedia no more 😡

AC did not work well we had to bring the matress to the kitchen and sleep on the floor. There was rotten fish in the fridge left a bad smell, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom plus there was also no toilet paper! Oh and still to top it off we were on the 3rd floor and NO elevator. This would be the last option if I come back to Mazatlan.

CAPACITACIÓN MANTENIMIENTO EDIFICIO

El lugar, le falta mantenimiento, es un edificio Viejo a comparación con los hoteles q están en la zona, el. Personal falta capacitación, considero no es bueno tener una sala fuera de las habitaciones x q hay huéspedes dormidos y otros q traen niños o se ponen a platicar ahí y el ruido es incomodo, hay muchos niños q no se si están hospedados o viven ahí, ya que traían escobas y se escucha mucho en la habitación y x comodidad del huésped eso no es lo adecuado. Falta dar mucho mantenimiento por cuestión de competencia. En la noche no hay alguien en la recepción a cargo, ya q me indicaron q si salía q cerrará con llave la puerta al regreso

Hotel con necesidades de mantenimiento importantes

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación en términos de servicios y playa, sin embargo la suite que ocupamos tiene deficiencias en mantenimiento y presentación de aires acondicionados( se veían reparados con cinta adhesiva), algunos contactos de luz estaban quemados, el baño presentaba hongos en las paredes, uno de los colchones del sofá cama rechinaba y era poco firme y los trastes de la cocineta estaban muy desgastados.
