"A perfectly location right on the beach and a short walk from restaurants and bars. The check in was straight forward and reception staff very help polite and helpful. The junior suite was very spacious and clean and included a in room safe. Pool area lovely and always plenty of beds. Pool a little cold in early May. "The pools are great and heated. Perfect for kids. The food is pretty good for an all inclusive. The machine coffee could be improved upon, maybe try the lavazza brand? But the hotel needs patching up, a deep clean and some renovations to get it back to 4 star standard. Long queues for drinks at the pool bar . Warm water at breakfast. Kids club was well run and the kids mini disco was fun. Great animation team. The bedrooms were a bit tight for 4. A squash and a squeeze"

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura ad aprile 2025 e devo dire che ci siamo trovate benissimo! Abbiamo scelto l'appartamento con due camere da letto ed il cucinotto così da avere la possibilità di cucinare. Devo dire che le stanze e l'appartamento erano tenute benissimo e super nuove! Il terrazzino è la vera chicca per i tramonti! La zona è perfetta per arrivare a piedi al centro di Corralejo, subito davanti all'hotel c'è un grande parcheggio molto comodo. "The hotel is quite dated in areas. The seaview room I had was comfortable and had everything I needed. Unfortunately, you can't check-in until 5pm, but the nice man on reception let me put my case in the storage room, told me I could change if I wanted to. As I wasn't leaving until 6pm, I enquired about keeping my room so I could shower/pack etc, but was told that I could keep it just for 2-3 hours. There really was no point, as I planned on relaxing around the pool till 4, then showering etc....
