"Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte...

"Ci è piaciuta molto la struttura, il personale è molto cordiale e la piscina semi riscaldata permette di fare il bagno anche con il tempo incerto. Vicinissima a la spiaggia concha e a piedi si arriva in centro a Cotillo senza problemi "

"La struttura dispone di camere piccole con bagni ciechi e datati. Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo riscontrato un forte odore di ristagno e la doccia erogava acqua sporca. Nonostante la nostra richiesta di cambio stanza, la proprietà ha risposto solo in tarda serata, costringendoci a trascorrere lì la prima notte, sebbene la struttura fosse quasi vuota. Anche la seconda camera, pur essendo un miglioramento, presentava un persistente odore di chiuso. In generale, i bagni sono vecchi e senza ventilazione...
