This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint! Everything was just as wonderful as I remembered. From the beautiful property and comfortable accommodations to the amazing service, everything was excellent.

"I honestly loved my stay with Privada, they have amazing customer service!! Everyone we spoke with was so nice and helpful. We loved the amenities provided as well, especially the beach set up including chairs, a cooler, and snorkeling gear. We rented out an umbrella for $50 for 2 days which completed the set up and made it easy for our beach trips. We ended up running into a small issue with the umbrella and I reached out through the app and the staff was able to fix the issue very quickly....
