"Jet Park Hamilton was perfectly adequate for the price. There is little choice near the Hamilton airport so options are limited. This is an older complex which has received an upgrade of rooms and a general modernisation and overhaul. It’s very clear it’s still an older property. Staff were very nice and the food in the restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast. Dinner menu is basic but very tasty cooked from scratch and something to satisfy most. I would stay again."

"Staff were very helpful with planned late arrival. Instructions were easy to follow and arrival was smooth. The unit is next to a busy road and is very handy to the expressway to Tauranga and Mt Maunganui - which meant finding it was easy. But as a result there was quite a bit of traffic noise. We booked the two bedroom unit with fold-out bed for our 5th family member. The fold-out was broken and when pointed out to the management they said this was normal and all the units had similar fold-outs. We have used fold-outs extensively and this is not normal. As a result our son has aggravated a back spasm so unfortunately we will not be returning to this property."
