"The room was very clean and we had a very comfortable stay. You can also use the onsen in the hotel and the hotel provides all the necessary amenities for the stay. The staff were very helpful and there were english instructions printed to help us understand the check in/check out, onsen usage, etc. The location is more accessible by car but itโs a good spot as a base to visit other areas in the vicinity. Overall, this was one of our best stays this trip!"

"Wonderful traditional Japanese room overlooking the lake. Unfortunately only had one night and was unable to try the traditional meal service. The hotel overall feels like a period piece from the 70s in a good way, and everything is very well maintained. The large onsen area (strictly no tattoos allowed) was great for winding down after a day of exploring. Would stay again."

"The place is very new and nice BUT itโs a small little town with nothing but I paid SGD 420 for it for a night! They can โt even extend check out for an hour . Not friendly at all. And the washing machine has no dryer too."
