"It is our go to place whenever we visit İstanbul. Every one is welcoming and friendly. Always give upgrades except this time. No vip perks but gave lounge access. Unfortunately the lounge doesn’t have breakfast. But I can’t thank the staff enough for their service. "

"This property is located in a nice neighborhood and pretty decent rooms. However there is a night club in front of property and huge noise. Plus there is police patrol flashing light through out night. Not able to sleep due to noise and lights flashing "

"Sheraton is a great hotel. Very convenient location with a quick access to metro/subway. Clean, spacious and soundproof rooms, wonderful breakfasts, very friendly and accommodating stuff. The only reason I put 4 stars and not 5 is that I have to contact them afterwards about the charge - they require deposit of 100 USD per room, and after 2 days after departure it is still charged to my credit card. Also, the swimming pool requires a swim cup, and it is quite cool water, while the hot tub was unbearably hot. So, if you experience these, go to the front desk and tell them. Inconvenience. "
