Hotel Hell

One man show no one else there to inform or assist . Definitely the worst hotel ever in all my travels . I don’t know where to start but if someone would ask me I would have to say that the place is a Hotel from Hell. Decor from 1970s with whatever they had is gone. No coffee service , no bar or restaurant or lounge, no good hot water system, plenty of bed bugs , spiders, and cat crap all around the premises. If it was earlier in the day I would have not stayed . When I had the time (today) I realized I paid 93 dollars for this dump. Please if you can rate this hotel as -10 as it deserves .

Hacienda en ruinas

El personal es muy amable, habia agua caliente, pero fuera de eso todo lo demas es terrible. El lugar esta cayendose a pedazos y lleno de insectos en los cuartos, compre un insencticida y rocie el cuarto completo, de la cama salieron 2 aranas y algunos insectos tipo cienpies sin contar los que salieron del resto del cuarto. Los cuartos se ve que no se han usado en meses y no han tenido aseo ya que esta todo polvoso y lleno de telaranas. El jardin esta precioso pero tienen en ruinas todo alrededor muy peligroso para ninos ya que hay un pozo abierto y lo que parece ser un estanque con agua empantanada sucia y en el olvido. No me quede ni una sola noche ahi, preferimos perder las dos noches que pague y cambiarnos de hotel.

La reservé a través de Expedia pero al llegar me informaron que no recibieron la reservación y que estaba lleno. Extremadamente incoveniente, pues tuve que buscar hospedaje de último momento. Expedia sí me hizo el cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito, estoy tratando de tramitar el reembolso.

This property has great potential - its charming and was once an actual hacienda. Its grounds are expansive however not kept up in any way. The rooms were dusty and musky from not being used. Only 1 light bulb in the room to light up the whole room. poorly designed bathrooms with no appropriate space or lighting. Needs basic upgrades. The staff was all of 3 people If you needed something they were accommodating- I would try it again just because of the old world charm but they would have to totally clean up the place

El hotel está pésimamente horrible, con chinches, no sirven las televisiones, se va el agua, los muebles están rotos, los baños con las cortinas rotas y sin mosaicos. La verdad no podemos dar ningún comentario positivo. Además de muy caro en comparación a los hoteles de Su clase.

Don’t Believe The Pictures

What a shocking surprise. Tried to find another hotel in town but this was the only pet friendly property. Now I know why the rates were so low. Didn’t need A/C, no WiFi, no food service even though it looked like it might have had a restaurant. Balconies on several rooms had collapsed. Our room had a sign on the slider door warning not to go out on the balcony.

Stay Away!

Do not stay here. The place looks abandoned. We booked 5 rooms. We were met at the front desk by someone that might have been the janitor. We prepaid our rooms. He tried to charge us again, We looked at the rooms. The first room, the door knob fell off while I was trying to unlock the door. The rooms smelt like mould. The lights didn’t work. We did not stay here. We stayed at a different hotel in the end. I am working with hotels.com to get my money back. This hotel should not be in the website.
