"Nice stay. Good upgrade via Expedia VIP to corner room. Great to have a balcony high up that you could sit on - unusual in the US. Construction noise next door was annoying but not something to fault the hotel on. Fairly expensive for what we got, but that's downtown MIami! Would go back if in the area again but Brickell is a bit dull compared to South Beach or other areas."
"Great central location to nearby bayside. Very accessible to nearby cruise ports and short airport transfer. Convenience store CVS directly opposite hotel is 24 hours so that is a bonus. Hotel spotless, staff polite, well mannered, I was able to access my rooms early with no extra fee. Air conditioning ice cold which is much needed in Miami heat. Breakfast fantastic, great choice, options and variety. Staff in dining area can’t do enough to make you happy. Highly commendable."
"First time staying at a CitizenM. Small room, with enough space. Large bed, tablet controls the TV, lights, music. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Quick response to requests. Nice lobby with niches to work in. Nice bar and eating area. No complaints at all. "
