I enjoyed our stay. The staff was so generous and friendly. The room had a gorgeous view. We stayed on the 18th floor.

Nice hotel but the some of the staff were not truthful. The website says self parking is available but when I got there they said no, only valet parking was available. When I asked one of the valets were I could park, he showed me a spot that was restricted. Another person said he did not know if any parking garages even though I later found one 1/2 block up the street.

Excellent hotel - the balcony with bay view was exactly that - friendly and helpful staff. On site restaurant is amazing - best Cuban sandwich ever. Location not great - a bit too far inside Brickell which causes traffic challenges w Uber.
