"The property wasn’t at the level we expected of the Mandarin Oriental, however the location was good and walkable to Bay Bay restaurants and shopping."

"It’s Hilton, so you’re getting excellent service. I had room service and laundry. They were prompt and the food was great.
The dinning area downstairs was convenient and there was a good selection of food options. Its downtown Boston location was very convenient. I walked to many the tourist spots on my list.
It is an old hotel, so don’t expect it took hi-tech. There’s no parking besides valet. I would certainly stay here again next time I’m in Boston. "
"The property gets very high marks for everything except the cost of the parking, and the incredibly bright circular light in the bathroom. The best part was the easy walk to Newberry Street, full of dining and shops."
"Lovely upscale hotel. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This hotel is in an Ideal location, within walking distance walking distance of tourist attractions. Roof top pool is clean and enjoyable. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom and shower are clean and relaxing. I recommend staying here for nice enjoyable stay. "
"Staff made this a 5 star - Beverly/Kimberly and all the gents at the front door thank you for making our stay remarkable! - Hotel is in a nice area convenient to many walkable restaurants and shops. "
"The bed was comfortable. The room was small but it was a budget Queen room, good for two people. Nice private bath. Close to Purdencial Center T stop or Copley T stop. Close to good food and safe to walk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room and a good source of amenities. "
