"Parking was easy. Check-in was smooth. AC was working. We had a nice sleep. But, no handwash soap/liquid, no hair shampoo. "

"Always a nice hotel I’ve stayed here a few times as a local. But we found a bed bug on a pillow. They gave us new sheets since the hotel was fully booked and we couldn’t move rooms & I could not leave to go someplace else at 11pm at night esp because anything around us was booked and there wasn’t any hotel with enough room to hold us. Other the that all the areas were clean and very nice. Up until that point we enjoyed it. Breakfast was also good. Just be cautious if you stay!"

"Drury Inn and Suites as a chain is super consistent with friendly customer service, meticulously clean rooms, free breakfast, and a happy hour that is a wonderful perk. They were even able to accommodate and were gracious about offering gluten free alternatives. "

"I was very happy with breakfast. When we are on vacation, I don't set my alarm to get to breakfast. It was unusual to have full, fresh items in the pans at 8:45. I would like to see breakfast times extended to 10:00."

"The room wasn’t very clean. The bed at least was comfortable. The pool was closed down by the health department. The coffee was very weak. "

"This was a terrible experience. We stayed one night. We were told it was $170 a night, we arrived an hour early and was charged $30. Then the next morning we called the front desk to see if we could check out at 2pm instead of 11am, and we were told it was fine, but we had to pay an extra $20. Which we agreed to. Then when we went to check out, the man at the desk was trying to charge us for 2 entire days. We then we're charged an extra $50 the next day with no reason or explanation. No ice machine. Dirty furniture and burn holes in the sheets. Only one vending machine and it was sold out of everything. No breakfast. After staying one night, we collectively paid $270. The employees sleep in cots by the front desk which was off-putting, and I didn't encounter a single pleasant employee. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone. "
