The rooms were easily accessible. Not as clean as it should be. The bottoms of my white socks were filthy after walking in the room. Needless to say I didn't walk barefoot in the room.

Their breakfast opened at 5"30 AM which was nice since we were in town for an event that started at 7 AM. Our room was clean and comfortable. the staff were polite.

Let me start by saying front desk person was amazingly nice and understanding. Other guest at the location are friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beyond unfit for a travel or family. 1st room was dirty at least 90 degrees and room temperature controls were broken. 2nd room, bedding was horrific. The unknown stains on bed cover were matched by actual dirt and paw prints on the sheets. 3rd room was the same as 2nd. At this point we found a different hotel for the night. I have pretty low expectations for an over night stay and this location was beyond gross. Do not bring your family here.

Staff was great. If you want cheap this is it. Halls have no air conditioning. Fixtures in bathtub need some attention. You can see the mold around them building up. Lots of traffic in and out later in the evening.

Room was okay clean but not properly clean in the bathroom. So bad so we decided to just bath out of the sink. Bed and pillows were extremely old and thin. Breakfast was not easily grab and go. Staff were perfectly fine.

Housekeeping and maintenance were an issue . The bed had black hair under the pillows. I spilled water on the floor and the hand towel I used to wipe it up was black. The bathroom was clean. The tub had black around the top rim of the tub. The refrigerator did not work. An extra luggage rack would have been appreciated. The free breakfast was out of food by 8:30 on a Saturday. I called the front desk 3x with no answer. I then went to the front desk and no one was there. I gave up. There was a battery pack jammed and glued into the lock on the door. Outside there were several window screens hanging off the frames. The outside of the building needs some simple repairs. This is a budget hotel I understand but things shroud be clean and appliances working. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights but left after 1 night. I was glad. We were not comfortable with the accommodations, the sketchy people hanging around the area and decided to leave for our peace of mind. I paid for 2 nights. The front desk manager said I had to pay for.both nights because it was after 11 am. I did pay just to leave.

The room was not clean. The mattress cover had mold on it, the shower was dirty, the toilet was dirty and had some pee on it. The door outside wouldn’t shut all the way so it was a safety hazard. HOWEVER the staff was amazing and gave us a full refund.

a nice budget friendly hotel

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. When the breakfast bar was out of waffle mix, the staff were very quick to fix it. The area was fairly quiet, so we were able to rest. The room rate was fair for a one night stay on a holiday weekend.
