"I did NOT see a beach view which totally confused me.This was the reason I choose this property but was disappointed.Breakfast was average but I did enjoy the cookies 🍪. Staff was amazing!"

"The hotel didn´t have hot water throught the stay. They said it was because of the storm but in my opinion they should have fix it the first day. We didn't receive any compensation. Also, I like to have my bed done and they say they clean the room every 3 days, otherwise is a 'refreshment' that is just cleaning the trash bins."

"The pool was small and shallow. More like a big hot tub but it was nice. The room was nice, except once you pulled the couch out to a bed it took up the whole space, you could not walk around the bed to the window or lamp. We took the PS5 for our daugther and we had to disconnect the cable to hook it up because we couldnt use the feature on the tv to hook it up and then couldnt control the volume. "Clean to these people here is not what clean looks like to most eyes. I’ve never been at a stay that has so many stains on bed sheets, carpets, bathroom curtains all in 1 stay. Literally had to ask for another room and the other room was almost the same. At least have brand new bed sheets and throw out old ones with big stains on them. I was not too happy and had to settle with what I got. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would’ve went right away to another place and payed extra. "
