The other staff members were all very friendly as well. My only issue would be...Wishing the patio by the pool would be open not the pool so much but the patio., I am a night owl and would have loved sitting in that area after 10pm."

"The room was updated and clean. It had a large deck overlooking the water with two chairs and a table that was high enough to see the sailboats. Since the rooms are beautiful and updated, the deck needs a remodel. It doesn't compliment the interior of the room or property. The property needs to get their breakfast service back. They had it in the past, and I can say, we enjoyed having a muffin or cereal and coffee in the morning. They also should have coffee set up in the lobby. "

"Actually, this is the BEST Holiday Inn/Express location I have ever stayed at! Clean, Organized, Stocked, Great Staff; the breakfast biscuits were really good (not the usual hockey puck). Stay at HI/E alot, ... this one was a surprise and well worth the extra few minutes drive!"
