"We stayed in bldg B and it was nice. Had enough space for our needs. washer/dryer & some commonly used kitchen items which was good. There was also a clothes steamer which we used a few times to remove the wrinkles. Close to subway , location was good to get to tourists spots. A/C was very cold which we enjoyed. Great stay for us & would stay again. Oh neighboring bldgs were getting rebuilt but no noise was experienced during our stay. Convenient store was good for buying Climate card & topping off the T money card. We didn’t experience the breakfast as we wanted to try different places. We found a local coffee roaster (Sinabro) a few blocks away in an office bldg that was great. There was also a bakery on the same floor as coffee place except it was just outside the bldg in the subway walkway that connected into the bldg."

"Had an amazing experience here. A slight 18 min walk to Myeongdong shopping district but close to subway and a lot of restaurants. The R.ena Italian restaurant on the 2nd floor is the so tasty. You gotta try it. If you're staying there you get a discount. Hotel Ena, is a def stay again. A stones throw away from here. So beautiful!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Lotto Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The service throughout my stay was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel’s location is also a major advantage, close to local markets, shopping, restaurants, and convenient transportation, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend Lotto Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, great service, and a convenient location. I would happily stay here again."

"Amazing hotel, very high class. Not the most family oriented, but to be honest this is not the hotel to stay in when you have more than 1 child. Some areas of the hotel are not accessible depending on how you booked your stay or the package you choose. With that said, they did accommodate us a role away bed for our kids, offered an upgraded room for space, and even gave us a credit to be used for dinning or room service during our stay. They definitely went out of their way to make us feel important. The staff is amazing and the location is right by a train station to make visiting Seoul very easy. Highly recommended if it fits your needs. There is a reason it’s a Forbes 5 star hotel!"

"The rooms were very clean and a good size. It was very conveniently ocated with easy access to the subway and airport shuttle service right outside the hotel. The staff was very helpful as well. The only complaint is that the food at the hotel restaurant was not the best. Although there is a nice cafe downstairs. But, that is a very minor issue."
