Iedere dag opgemaakte bedden, schone handdoeken en zelfs een in en uitgeruimde vaatwasser. Faciliteiten ook prima, restaurant wel aan de prijs maar waar niet in deze omgeving. Top verblijf gehad met super service! "

"We had a really pleasant stay at the Grand Magic Hotel and overall felt it offered excellent value for money. The facilities were very good, and the price was much more reasonable compared to the Disney Hotels we’ve stayed at previously. The shuttle bus service worked perfectly fine for us. We were a bit worried after reading some negative reviews beforehand, but we didn’t have any issues at all and found it convenient for getting to and from the parks. "quarto antigo,precisando de renovação mas atende bem. O grande problema é a limpeza. Encontrei copos sujos de cafe na janela quando cheguei e no outro dia,quando deixei o meu,tambem foi deixado. Realmente pessima a lipeza. mas a localização é excelente. Funcionarios muito prestativos.Meu secador de cabelo estava quebrado. Falei no dia seguinte e consertaram. "
