I booked the executive suite and was put on the bottom floor - my windows looked directly into the entrance and everyone could see straight into the room. amenities of the room were not as described and in some cases not even available.... the staff were friendly but not helpful at all"

"We were staying in Paris 9 nights and ended up needing 1 more night at the beginning of our stay, the place we were staying couldn’t add it for us so we ended up looking for somewhere else and ended up here. I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. Made me wish we could have stayed here the whole time. Really spacious and our place had a great view of Sacre Coeur. We loved the place and Marco was very helpful and welcoming."

"The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working during our stay, and we were on the top floor. The spiral staircase leading up was narrow and difficult to navigate, especially with luggage. It was a warm evening, so we left the window open, but a fan would have been great. Since there is not a night attendant, we were unable to ask for one. The streets below were noisy throughout the night making it somewhat...

"Deluxe room was nice and access to the D lounge was the way to go for 2 meals a day included , the food is very repetitive unfortunately and lacks variety. Pastries were very nice , Staff in d lounge could be more attentive "

"Clean room with kitchen. Spacious. Complimentary coffee, water & milk. Could safely store bags when we arrived 6 hours before 3pm check-in. Lovely view of Eiffel Tower. Very convenient to restaurants, supermarket, bakery, short walk to Eiffel Tower. Adjacent to metro - however if noise bothers you please note the property is immediately adjacent to the train which runs every few minutes until late night - and also the metro causes the building to shake frequently."

"This is our first time at this hotel. It usually takes me few days to feel comfortable but this hotel was a real exception since we checked in I really felt like home from all aspects. Im surely returning to this hotel and surely bringing the rest of the family too ! "
