"Absolutely outstanding hotel. Customer service was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the beds were an absolute dream. I slept like a baby. The pool was lovely and warm and the breakfast was amazing. Plenty of selection. We will certainly be staying here again and we can not wait."

Etwas schade fanden wir, dass die Betten durch eine Wand getrennt waren. Ohne diese Trennung hätte uns das Zimmer besser gefallen. Leider wurden unsere Anfragen vorab an das Hotel nicht beantwortet, und auch auf eine E-Mail nach dem Aufenthalt kam keine Rückmeldung. Trotzdem hatten wir insgesamt einen...

"The hotel is in a good location, only a bus ride away from Disneyland Paris and about a 20 minute walk from Val D’Europe station and shopping centre. I’d recommend downloading the IDF Mobilités app for ease of getting the RER/bus so you can just tap in and out. I chose to stay in this hotel as I had stayed here when I visited Disneyland Paris in 2016 so knew what to expect. Also make sure you bring a physical bank card, as you need it to check in, for the deposit. The rooms are a good size...

"Staff is great. It’s nice to stay in the Disney bubble and the early entry (1 hour) is a great perk The room I had was very outdated and the bathroom had an odour of stale urine. I checked out a night early despite having already paid and stayed somewhere else. This comes nowhere close to the Disney experience in America or Asia."

"The room was comfortable and clean. Free wifi was an added value. A bit slow but it's working. The only issue was a room temparature since the a/c was centralized and controlled by the hotel. It was a bit warm inside the room eventhough the outside temperature was below 10 celsius."

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber aber karg bzw. Farblos. Kenne ich aus Deutschland bei dieser Hotelkette anders. Das Personal super nett und hilfsbereit, ganz toll. Frühstück sehr einfach, keine große Auswahl. Bei den Shuttlebusen braucht man viel Zeit und Geduld. Oft ist der Bus voll. Alternativ kommt man nur mit eigenem Auto oder überteuerten Taxis weg. "

"Riesiger Fleck im Teppich, Klimaanlage/Lüftung ging überhaupt nicht. Nicht nur im Zimmer, sondern auch im Flur zum Aufzug. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster als Alternative unmöglich, da auf dem Dach eine wahnsinnig laute Anlage montiert ist, die das gesamte Gebiet beschallt. "
