Amazing view, great stay.

This property was okay, has potential to be a lot better. Booked a double room but given twin room as they didn’t actually have double available. Stated they had parking but they didn’t, parking was on the street and had to walk down onto boulevard and along a bit to hotel. Hot water was hit and miss, lot of mould build up in shower, and then air con stopped working, this normally would not bother me but had no choice but to close all doors to sleep due to excessive noise from restaurants and clubs. They did move us immediately to another room which was good. Crowded area, just all tourism and very expensive. If travelling for sunbaking and party then good place for you. I personally would not bother returning.

Very old and outdated property. Nothing luxurious about this hotel. Towels were terrible, 10 years old and like sand paper. Just an aver hotel u would pay $40 a night for in America. For current comparison this is a very expensive hotel, but we wouldn't stay again. Much better hotels in marmaris for the same price.

Pro's: - The rooms are very gorgeous, clean and big. This is one of the nicest hotel rooms i've stayed at. The air conditioning works very well, which is a big plus during hot summer days in Marmaris. The balcony view was simply breathtaking - The reception staff are nice and accommodating. They were always willing to help and tried their best when we needed to leave our luggages in the lobby, early or late checking/checkout, etc. - The rooms are soundproof - The restaurant service was fast Cons: - The hotels beach is not sandy, but very rocky - The craziest and the least logical thing about this hotel is that you are not allowed to bring your own beverages into the hotel and as a result are forced to buy their overpriced bottles. This rule should be completely removed. I've never seen this in any other hotel and guests should not be limited and dependent on the restaurant for drinks. - The hotels restaurants free breakfast was very dissapointing. We were supposed to have 2 omelettes in our meal, but we always received one small omelette. We asked if we can get two, but they told us we have to pay extra for another one. On top of that, we were told on our first morning that coffee was free, but later told us we have to pay for it. This service was very dissapointing and the restaurant staff quickly became unwelcoming after we complained. We never returned during dinner or lunch services as a result.

We spent a wonderful two nights at this hotel! The location was perfect--right on the beach and not too far from the marina. The hotel itself was lovely, and we adored all of the details such as beautifully tiled floors and comfortable clean rooms. Furthermore, the staff were really helpful in accommodating us. Breakfast was delightful (traditional turkish breakfast), and the manager, Ayse, explained that the jams served were actually homemade by her, so of course we purchased our favorite jams to bring back home! Additionally, I've got a gluten allergy so she was able to make the necessary arrangements for dinner. On our last day, we explained to Ayse that weren't able to make it to breakfast so she kindly arranged for sandwiches to be made for our journey. Overall, Ayse and the rest of the staff were very kind and welcoming, and the hotel exceeded all of our expectations!

Two in a room was a tight, but doable. Located on the Main Street, steps from the beach. Nice area. View is of another building, but painted to create a garden effect. Room was clean. I arrived 10 min before close of breakfast and was told breakfast was over.... whomp whomp.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We do not have any application except the hotel rules which are valid all over the world. Even at the end of the breakfast service to our guests while continuing, you have to tell the service, 10 min. After a while it shows that you came to kalhvaltı. Nevertheless, thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings with us. We wonder to see you again .

Amazing hotel!
Amazing stay, i love this hotel. Been in Marmaris for a few weeks now and stayed in a lot of hotels. By far this is the best one. The only downside is there is no one at reception half of the time, but other than that thımbs up from me!

I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and this is what I rate this hotel. Staff, room quality for the price and comfort is the highest quality. I highly recommend this as it is in my top three hotels in the world !

Staff were friendly,service at restaurant, room and on the beach made it convenient. They even exchanged currency for us at the rate with no commission. The hotel private beach was amazing! Only drawback was the room given to us had a balcony which was on a dead end so there was no day light.

Amazing location! Cozy hotel
The rooms are small but cozy and brand new with a classical decor The staff at the beach and restaurant are super nice but at reception could be friendlier They let us check in early and check out late which we really appreciate Amazing location, beach front with included beach beds and walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants.

Great location on the beach although our economy room didn't command any sort of view - just an internal space housing the fire escape stairway, although it had been painted with a pretty mural to make it a bit more interesting. Extremely tight for space in the bathroom mainly due to a sink that is far too big for the room but the decor and the usable space in the bedroom were appreciated. Good air con too, which was needed as we didn't have fresh air from the window.

Great little hotel on the beach front
I enjoyed my visit. The hotel is clean, convenient for the beach and nearby bars. The bed was a little hard for me but the air conditioning was effective. Staff were friendly enough and readily met my requests. The bar / restaurant on the ground floor was very convenient. Breakfast was in a traditional Turkish format, tasty, easy to eat and served quickly. Coffee was very good. My only real bugbear was that there was no safe in my room. This is essential in Turkey. I had some cash stolen at the airport, so ended up carrying some items with me that I would rather have left. My room also lacked daylight and there was some noise as it was internally facing and next to the lift. Some noise echoed up the internal 'well' that the internal balcony faced. I wouldn't recommend this unless you were on a budget or knew that you were only going to sleep in the room. The hotel is not accessible by road but is worth it due to the excellent location. Anticipate possible problems with airport connections as your pick up or drop off might be anywhere along the road running BEHIND the hotel or down the side road closest to it. There appears to be no standard pick off and drop off point.

The location of the hotel was brilliant, On the beach and not so congested, for the price this was a lovely stay with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, For a cheap get away this is a amazing hotel to stay at with friendly staff, Only thing that I would recommend is the hotel does not have a safe inside the room. However aside from this, very beautiful hotel with beautiful views. Amazing food and shower and also very very nice staff.

Hotel is just steps before the beach. The hotel room and overall condition is fair but it was clean. Breakfast was perfect. Staff was nice. I could recommend the hotel if you don't seek for luxury.

Nice boutique hotel
Location of hotel a bit away from center but there is frequent public minibus going to other parts of town easily. We got a nice room having full sea view. We enjoyed it and extended our stay. Breakfast is very nice, fresh veggie and good variety of Turkish food. Restaurant noisy at night, about 11pm or so the noise stopped everyday, not too bad. Friendly staff at reception.

Arrived late and the receptionist was waiting for us. Had a sea view room, spectacular views of the bay with an extremely comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom with decent shower. Breakfasts were fab, could have either Turkish or English. Staff were very attentive and excellent to talk to. Couldn’t wish for a better hotel, very happy with our stay. Thank you to all of the staff

Location was fine No safe facilties on offer although initial impressipn given when booking hotel that safe facilities were available. Breakfast served could have been better I mean one boiled egg a couple of bread rolls a little salad and cheese for one person was a little meagre

Terrible..stay away..
Hotel is in a good location..staff only after money rather than doing a service first..house keeping done by 4pm always so if u order room service in d nite d trays will stay until then..bad breakfirst..staff in d restaurant are cheeky...when we asked for bread d guy just took a basket from next table and gave to us while they are eating..terrible...they will act like frriendly but after a tip only...not reccomended to anyone

Great stay in marmaris
Very lovely hotel and room. Comfy bed and good air conditioning system at no extra charge. Hotel staff could be friendlier, bar staff not very clued up about drinks and it seems quite expensive in comparison to other places nearby. We chose not to drink or eat here for that reason but plenty other options nearby. Overall very happy with accomodation and good value for money.
