Lovely boutique hotel. Very welcoming staff - excellent customer service. Great pool and great location for walking into town but lovely and quiet! Good breakfast! Will definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel. Never again.

Breakfast for 2 people, approx £64. Bottle of local beer over £6 Extremely high prices. Nobody bought food or drinks, shockingly high prices.

The hotel was perfect for our stay! So close to nearby restaurants and shops. The staff at the hotel were so friendly - we arrived at the hotel after 10pm as our flight was late and they still served us in their restaurant. The food was excellent both at dinner and breakfast. Would highly recommend!

Awful service

Worst hotel experience I ever had. The staff was incompetent and rude, the room was not cleaned during our entire stay and the servers kept forgetting the orders. The city has many hotels with better locations closer to the river and with better prices, we regretted not selecting one of these options.

Nice hotel with lovely little touches. The hotel was empty so felt very private. Per last reviews, the traditional Turkish breakfast is delightful. The man that runs breakfast was very nice. Shower didn’t drain properly which meant our room flooded every night. Reported this to reception but nothing was done about it. Patio doors didn’t close which meant we had sleepless nights due to local dogs barking / air conditioning units right next to us. No duvet on the bed (?) just a tiny cover that doesn’t fit the whole bed. Very confused by this. Too hot to sleep without the air con, too cold to sleep with it on, without a duvet. Fake eyelashes left on the floor. Hammam and gym are still closed! So no facilities are offered except the outside pool. I would get over all of the above but the thing that really frustrated me was the 3 women who would smoke cigarettes in the breakfast restaurant, whilst we were eating! They also had two disobedient Pomeranian dogs who would spend the whole time barking. Both of these factors aren’t ‘allowed’ but the staff didn’t bat an eye. I think they may have been owners.

Hotel is very clean and pretty. The front desk man at check in was very serious and we didn’t feel a warm customer service. He asked for passports and shared with us that the hotel charges for children my sons age. Not sure if he was expecting us to pay more for our son. I had paid Expedia with all guests and included my sons age. I did not appreciate his comment. The bathroom has a door stopper in which it has a pointy corner. I walked into it as it’s in the middle of the bathroom. It cut my toe badly. When asked for help they did not even provide bandaids or care to ask how I was feeling. My parents room ran out of toilet paper and when they called the front desk for extra they said they could not provide. Also at check out I was asked if I used the mini bar. When I informed them I had drank the 2 free bottle that came with the room, they asked if I drank the hot ones or the cold ones in the refridgerator. How petty!! I thought. I guess, cold water is charged. The staff- not management are great. Management however need more training in customer service. All the spa facilities are closed and Turkish bath are closed. When asked for Turkish bath they said they wouldn’t open it for just one guest. Expedía should update all these amenities as not available. This is false advertisement when booking ad we were looking forward to this. Despite everything out of order or closed, you would think they would allow the pool. We checked in at about 6:30-7 and when my son

Dalyan tatilimizde 3 gece konakladık. Güleryüzlü çalışanlar tarafından karşılandık. Konaklamamız boyunca da her zaman ilgililerdi. Odamız son derece temizdi. Kahvaltı hem çeşit hem de lezzet olarak çok güzeldi. Otelin kapısındayken başlayam güzel hizmet otelden ayrılana kadar devam etti. Bir daha gitmeyi kesinlikle düşünüyoruz herkese de tavsiye ederiz.

Un-Hospitability Policy

There are very nice hotels in Dalyan. Pick someothwe than this one! Terrible management. We had problem in each step of the stay. First; they showed us a very cramped room, not the the one we paid for, showers were not working, the toilet has a smell, we asked if they have coffee machine and they said yes and gave us bitter instant coffee. Wanted to go to Kargıcak Beach they saüd the road is not good so they did not help with transfer. We asked for an invoice rhwy said they ran out of printer paper. Asked for an extra half an hour to pack they asked for 30 euros. We wanted to use the pool for a couple of hours until our flight they said we cannot use it. And THERE WERE ONLY TWO OTHER COUPLES AT THE HOTEL AND THERE WAS NOBODY AT THE POOL. They dont even have a luggage room. I have never experienced such a management who were uncapable of customer satisfaction or problem solving.
