"I just had the worst weekend at this place. While some staff were very kind and helpful, the manager of this hotel is a very rude man that doesn't know how to treat customers and lies about the amenities offered by the hotel. The air-conditioning stopped working on our second night. The manager knew it had a problem but still kept us in this room. My biggest nightmare was the parking. As everyone can see it says it has parking and that is free, however, besides to be a very hard place to reach...

"1) the advertisement on the website is misleading: it is a hostel with shared bathrooms yet it is offered as a boutique hotel. 2) I bought my stay through hotels.com and chose to pay at the check-in but the owner had called me before I arrived and said she only accepts cash. I have not seen such an approach in my entire life, forcing customers to pay cash and this is not written anywhere, no warning nothing. 3) i had to chase them to get an invoice after their various excuses not to issue it....

"the place was very good, we received top quality customer care from the hosts, the place is in a quiet environment. About parking I would advice to use the parking at the main road and then walk to the hotel. Its all in walking distance. the breakfast is great. You feel just at home."

"Lokasyonu harika, Cunda’nın merkezine çok yakın olmasına rağmen çevresi oldukça sakin. Odalarda ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey mevcut. Hem çok temiz hem de zevkli bir şekilde dekore edilmiş. Mekânın sahibi ve çalışanları çok güler yüzlü, hoşsohbet ve son derece yardımsever. Bahçesi çok keyifli, kahvaltısı gerçekten çeşitli ve harikaydı. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz."
