Way to small for an American couple
I went down next morning and asked for two twins and they gave us a room with a king and a twin. I should have booked that in the first place.
Location is perfect - 5-6 mins to everything major
We were only there for 3 nights

"My stay was pleasant. I found the breakfast bar small and limited considering to other motels i stayed in Turkiye. Entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially dayshift agent. He went out of his way yo help me get around with ease. I found the property is well kept and every thing is clean and well maintained"

"The Hotel ran out of tourist map. Not the best start for a tourist not speaking Turkish. We were assigned a room that has drainage issue with the shower bath tub. Our shower took longer than usual bcos we had to pause the showering water to avoid flooding the bathroom. Still, the bathroom floor was very wet after. We requested for a change of room & they responded quickly & changed our room after breakfast the next morning. Other than this blemish, other aspect of the hotel was fine.

Spa and included breakfast were great. Room beautiful and friendly staff. Close to the main attractions. However booking for taxi for arrival was chaotic and overpriced (and didn’t show up). I’d avoid any offers of help before you arrive. "

Glamour hotel played a big part in our satisfaction. We had a room with Bosphorus' view that was very nice. The hotel has a very good location with walking distance to major attractions. Our room was a little smaller than we used to but very cozy and clean.
The hotel has a great restaurant on the roof with a magnificent view and tasteful food. A breakfast buffet has a good amount of variety.

"Staff are super friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities were spotless. Breakfast buffet was really good. We had a slight issue with the shower drain being really slow so they had someone come to see it straightaway and said there’s nothing they can do as it’s due to the plumbing of the building. Also had some glue leaking from the side of the shower but told the night receptionist and he made a note of it.
