My partner and I booked based on overwhelmingly positive online feedback; however, we now understand that such feedback should be relied upon with great caution in this day and age."

"Very clean room but 2 main complaints. First, despite blasting the air conditioning to try to cool the room down (as it had been completely off upon checkin and re-turns itself off when it decides the room is “unoccupied”) we couldn’t get it cool enough to sleep well as the system didn’t seem to work well. Second, despite the Expedia listing saying there is an area shuttle for a surcharge (and it being advertised as an airport hotel), there is no shuttle and you have to rely on taxi cabs....

"A lovely little boutique hotel with very helpful staff. They have good recommendations for the local area. The breakfast was delicious too. The room was upgraded, such a kind surprise and the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The airport transport was so easy, just what my poor jet lagged brain needed. Overall I would both recommend to others and stay there again."
