"I wish I’d stayed for a week so I could’ve hiked and swam in the lake. Instead, I was there for a weekend so we took advantage of the bar and the silence of the woods by simply walking through.
The staff we met were wonderful: Sean at check-in is gregarious and kind; Beth in the bar is efficient and friendly, as were both bartenders named Mike."

"During our stay, a car alarm of a car in the hotel parking lot started to go off at 3:30 AM in the morning. We notified the front desk and were told that they did not know who the owner was. When we called down later to let them know that the alarm was still going off, they said that nothing could be done. The alarm continued to go off until 5:45 in the morning. It was an incredibly disappointing stay."
