"The room was amazing, I checked in at nearly midnight, I was wished a happy birthday and given several complimentary amenities. Unfortunately I couldn't use them as I was in severe pain after walking from the hotel that I had made reservations at 3days earlier and being rejected(because they didn't like my bank for the deposit,) The hotel collection Ambassador Gold Coast is on my list of places I will stay when I visit My City.
