"Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...

"Great location by the canal. The building and the apartment need proper maintenance e.g. broken floor, working microwave but hard to close, water in toilet tank run continuously. Nice furniture, but the apartment itself was a bit dark because it faced the inner courtyard. "
