Adorei

Adorei a hospedagem, o hotel tem padrão Ibis, porém achei melhor. É muito limpo e organizado, mobília nova, atendimento excelente, café da manhã com muitas opções, só tenho elogios.. Achei o preço super justo pelo que oferece, visto que o ibis é bem mais caro e para mim deixa a desejar em muita coisa. Fica do lado da havan e de um shopping, então bem fácil para alimentação, passear etc...

Decepção com atendimento

Eu cometi um erro na data da reserva. A recepcionista não fez esforço algum pra me alocar em outro quarto, mesmo com um longo histórico de hospedagem neste hotem. Quando uma outra recepcionista me attendeu, foi mais solícita, mas eu já havia reservado outro hotel e ainda precisei pagar a diária do estacionamento do carro. Voltando num outro dia, a internet não funcionava nos meus aparelhos, precisei ligar na recepção fui informada que EU deveria descer pra resolver o problema. óbvio que não desci, e fiquei usando meus dados. Não gostei nada da postura do atendimento, sem contar na demora infinda do check in.

Bom hotel, muito bem localizado. Quarto limpo e bom chuveiro. Café da manhã ( não tomei café lá ) e estacionamento pago a parte. Elevador demora nos horários de pico.

Hotel em boas condições, no geral! Café da manhã excelente! Bom chuveiro e cama! O estacionamento (pertencente ao shopping) é pago (R$ 30,00/dia). Pontos a melhorar: a) acústica do quarto (ao menos no 1º andar, pois era muito barulhento); b) atendimento na recepção (educação, simpatia e agilidade poderiam ser melhorados); c) necessidade de algumas melhorias/consertos pontuais (o batente da porta do banheiro descolou sozinho e caiu).
