"Overall it's a value play. The room was huge (2 rooms 3 bath and a sofa bed). The pool entertainment was great. The pool and beach were fun. For the most part the staff were really friendly. The food here is by far the most awful all inclusive ever. Hot dogs are not sausage. No matter how many times you cut them up it's still a hot dog. It will never be a sausage. And if you want green eggs without the ham this is your place. Dishes were not clean. Couldn't even stomach the 'dinner...

"Room was very clean! Staff was very helpful! Breakfast was a continental breakfast. Air conditioning was great. I would definitely stay here again, especially because we were going to a concert at vidante. The water park wasn't ice bonus because if you choose to stay there you can go because it is included with the price and just to mention so is the breakfast"

"The hotel was great Sandra was very helpful at check-in. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We met the kitchen manager Bertha who went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience and never failed to ask if we ever needed anything.
