They don’t offer breakfast but our room had a Nespresso machine and the lobby has one also, as well as a flavored water machine. There is also a Peet’s coffee shop right by them. "A great location in Tiburon. Walking distance to Sam's which has an incredible view of the city. The room was clean and spacious with two queen beds. Staff is very friendly - check in was a breeze."

"Staff doesn't care when other guests are loud in the middle of the night for hours. If you report a noise disturbance they'll just ignore you and do nothing about hours of noise in neighboring rooms in the middle of the night. I will never stay there again."

"Loved my stay! Beautiful historic building, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The boutique atmosphere made it feel much more special than a typical hotel. Once you step inside, it feels like you're somewhere on vacation in Europe. No elevator, but actually the staircase was beautiful (and manageable). Courtyard was charming too. They keep the building secured by giving you an access code. Good restaurants nearby. Excellent value. Would definitely stay again."

There were 2 weddings and 1 conference taking place at the same time. I had 2 issues that were not handled well and both pretty significant issues.
