"Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. Man muss zum Eingang allerdings einige Treppenstufen überwinden. Für gehbehinderte Personen nicht unbedingt geeignet. Das Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit und extrem freundlich. Die Koffer wurden hoch- und bei der Abreise wieder heruntergetragen. Es gab kostenlos Kaffee und Tee auf der tollen Dachterrasse. Sollte man kein Türkisch oder Kurdisch sprechen, ist wird der Googleübersetzer dein treuer Freund. Wir hatten ein...

"We were very pleased with the breakfast, but the breakfast location itself is not in the hotel but in a restaurant on the main street, which is not easy to reach on foot up the stairs.Overall we really liked the hotel and the wonderful, polite staff.The hotel is like a real castle with spacious verandas and a beautiful view of the valley and the fortress on the mountain. The place is very quiet and calm for enjoying the beauty, I recommend it to everyone."
