"I arrived early and took a chance with the room being ready but it wasn’t. I was told I would get a text when the room was ready (I provided the correct phone number) but never did. A female guest was told by another person at the front desk her room wasn’t ready but there was another available, she accepted and was in a room at 1230, not 4 PM. Maybe this device is only provided to full paying customers and not those using this service, if that’s the case it’s very disappointing."
