There was not a coffee maker in the room which every motel we have stayed in always has a coffee maker in it. Also no ice bucket or plastic glasses in the room. DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Austin Northwest Arboretum
Very outdated hotel. It needs major updating. Furniture is like from the 1990's and very dated. Looks like they have not done anything in 20 years. I would highly recommend that the management redo the rooms. Maybe 30 years ago, this was a nice hotel but they let it get rundown
