The Jubilee Hotel West- with Spa Facilities

"This is my second time here. My first time was exceptional. Very much made us welcome. Clean tidy and felt amazing that booked to come again. This time was sadly disappointing. Stayed in exactly the same room as last time but very disappointed. The room wasnโt up to the standard i expected from previously. Needed topping up with toilet roll. No Matching towels. 3 different types this time and colours. It felt messy and very lacking. No handwash. An altogether untidy room. I think poor quality in room generally. The staff however, very helpful and very entertaining. I advised them of this and expect better next time. I was given apologies and will come back again. Next time expecting what the high standard was from my first visit."

"Staff were very helpful & accommodating. Eg. Reception staff, bar staff, waitresses etc. Parking & early check in was no problems. Food was hot & plenty of variety both breakfast & excellent restaurant menu. Excellent location & good facilities. Room was clean, well equipped & comfortable. 10/10 for everything & would be my first choice when I next visit weymouth."

"Pete and Trace were very friendly and helpful. Nice selection of cereal, fruit, bread etc for breakfast, which was self service. All amenities within close reach by car. Family room was quite small for 3 adults, very warm, but adequate for 1 night."

"Easily accessible location with lots of parking. Hotel spacious and checking in was quick and easy. Rooms very comfortable with all the usual facilities. Restaurant food was very good and plenty of selection for breakfast."

"From checking to check out the staff were very friendly and helpful when required. The room was a good size and the air conditioning brilliant in what was a very warm evening/night. I sometime struggle with hotel beds but this was very comfortable and pillows good quality. I had dinner in the pub in the evening which was a very large Frampton burger. Unfortunately the continental breakfast was mainly left untouched as the pastries and fruit were left uncovered and too many flies in the restaurant/bar area."
